Still Waiting on My October 9th Marks & Spencer Order
I ordered a product from Marks & Spencer on October 9, and after 12 days, I’m still waiting for it to arrive. The order was initially sent with Kargoist, an unreliable shipping company, which returned it to the store without even attempting delivery. I requested Marks & Spencer to resend the item, but it seems they can’t even locate it in their own warehouse. I’ve contacted them multiple times, only to be told they’re “communicating the urgency” of my request—yet no progress has been made. This experience is beyond frustrating. Either refund my payment or finally send my order. I can’t just keep waiting indefinitely while my purchase sits in limbo.
