Marks & Spencer Order Delayed, No Resolution from Customer Service

I placed order #2775981360029509 on November 28, and it still hasn’t arrived. Despite contacting Marks & Spencer customer service multiple times, I’ve received no effective assistance. The tracking status shows the order was shipped, but there is no record of it with Kolay Gelsin, the courier service.
It feels like my package has disappeared into thin air. I expected better service from Marks & Spencer. The lack of updates and inability to resolve this issue is extremely disappointing. Customer service promises to call back but never does. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I urge Marks & Spencer to immediately locate my order or provide a refund. Please resolve this without further delay.
