I placed an order with Mark & Spencer (tracking number: 2787796216418238P1), and there was an issue with the address being incorrectly recorded. I contacted their customer service via WhatsApp every day from 12/12/2024 to 16/12/2024, requesting an address update. Each time, I was assured the address was corrected, but the issue persisted, and my package has not been delivered.
This situation is frustrating, and I feel that Mark & Spencer has failed to resolve a basic logistics issue despite repeated follow-ups. I expect my package to be delivered promptly, as I have done everything on my end to ensure accurate delivery. Please prioritize this and take immediate action to deliver my order to the correct address.
