I Face Zara Customer Service Ignoring My Refund Request For Returned Item

On September 18, I initiated a return request for a children’s polo shirt I purchased from Zara’s online store (Order No: 5432*82). As of today, 11 days have passed, yet I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve already been dealing with this issue for nearly a month since my September 4 order.
The courier company confirmed that the product was delivered to the warehouse, but in Zara’s online system, the status still shows as “out for delivery”, and there’s been no progress in the return process. I’ve also messaged Zara customer service, but I haven’t received any response. Both the courier and Zara are creating confusion, and my inconvenience continues.
I request that my refund be processed and paid to me as soon as possible.
