Marks & Spencer Keeps Delaying Refund for Returned Items Without Explanation
I returned two of my orders from Marks & Spencer on September 19 and 27. However, despite the time that has passed, my refunds have still not been approved or credited to my account. My order number is 720.
Even though I contacted customer service multiple times and explained the situation clearly, I never received a proper response—only repeated delays. They kept promising that the refund would be processed on Friday, October 3, but it never happened. They also blamed the store instead of resolving the issue.
I request that my refund be transferred to my account immediately and that I receive a clear, final update on the matter. I’ve been waiting to place a new order but won’t proceed until this issue is resolved.
