Marks & Spencer Sent Wrong Item with Incorrect Invoice
I recently ordered a 9-12 month-sized jacket for my son from Marks & Spencer. However, upon receiving the package, I was shocked to find a different jacket accompanied by an invoice addressed to someone else. This mix-up is unacceptable, especially since I urgently needed the jacket for my son.
Attempting to resolve the issue, I sought assistance through the "Contact Seller" option but couldn't locate it. I then reached out to live support, who advised me to refer to the sales agreement for the seller's contact details. Following this, I messaged the seller directly, only to be told to initiate a formal complaint. Consequently, I filed a complaint, and now I'm informed that the incorrect item will be collected, the seller will be contacted, and then the correct item will be dispatched. This convoluted process is both frustrating and time-consuming.
I urge Marks & Spencer to address this matter promptly. Such errors are unacceptable, and the inconvenience caused is significant. I expect immediate action to rectify this situation.
