Zara Kids Jacket Torn After Few Wears – Requesting Refund or Exchange

I purchased a jacket from Zara for my 3-year-old son, which was brought from the stockroom. We didn’t inspect it closely at the store and left after purchasing. After just a few wears, we noticed a tear in the jacket. It’s hard to believe this could be caused by a 3-year-old, and it may have been torn when we bought it. When I returned to the store, they refused a refund or exchange, claiming it was user error. This is unacceptable, as the issue is clearly Zara’s responsibility. I demand a refund or an exchange for the defective jacket. Being left without a proper jacket in the middle of winter is incredibly frustrating. Please resolve this immediately.
