Marks & Spencer Denied Refund for Faulty Feather Down Puffer Coat

On September 15, 2025, I purchased a women’s Feather Down puffer jacket from the Marks & Spencer online store. I chose it because I trust the brand’s quality, even though it was priced higher than similar products on the market. Since the weather was warm, I only wore the jacket a few times and for a short period. However, I soon noticed deformation on the front surface of the jacket.
On September 30, 2025, I submitted the product for inspection at the Armada store under the reference number UI000010430. After the review, I received a negative response stating that “no manufacturing defect was found.” It’s truly disappointing and inconsistent with the brand’s reputation that such an expensive product showed visible deformation after such limited use—and that Marks & Spencer refused to offer any solution.
I am requesting a refund for the product and expect my issue to be resolved promptly.
