The North Face Hat from Sportive Faded Within a Year

I purchased a The North Face hat from Sportive less than a year ago, and already the color has faded significantly. The hat now looks as if it’s been used for ten years, which is disappointing for a brand known for its quality like The North Face.
This level of quality is unacceptable, and I am requesting appropriate action to be taken. I expect a resolution for this issue, whether it be a replacement or a refund, as this is not the standard I anticipated from such a reputable brand.
