Marks and Spencer Same-Day Delivery Was Not Delivered
I placed an order through the Marks & Spencer online store on September 29 and specifically selected the same-day delivery option. Despite this, my order was not delivered even by September 30, and I still have no clear information about when it will arrive. I made the purchase specifically because I relied on the same-day delivery promise, but that promise was not fulfilled.
When I check my orders, my order still shows as pending, with no update indicating that it has been shipped or is out for delivery. We also contacted customer service about the issue, but instead of providing a clear solution, we were given vague and unhelpful responses that did not resolve anything. Promising same-day delivery and then failing to fulfill it has caused both wasted time and significant inconvenience.
