On May 2nd, 2023, I ordered three items from Mango's app, including a denim jacket and two shirts, with the order number DG5RHQ. Unfortunately, only the denim jacket was delivered, and the shirts were missing. Despite waiting for the items to arrive, reviewing the application, and contacting Mango's call center, I have yet to receive information about my missing products or a refund. This isn't good customer service. It is unacceptable for a company to keep a customer waiting for an answer. I demand an immediate response and resolution to this matter, including the delivery of the two missing shirts or a full refund. I'm hoping Mango can resolve this issue quickly, or else I'll have to escalate my complaint. They've already caused me enough stress; I'm hoping the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
