Mango Online Deceitfully Cancelled My Order Despite Payment

I purchased a product from Mango online last week and was surprised to receive an email stating that my order had been cancelled due to the product being "not on sale." This was extremely frustrating because I had already paid for the item and it showed that there was still stock available. To make matters worse, the customer service I received was inadequate and did not provide a solution to my problem. It is unacceptable for a company of this size to act in such a deceptive manner. I demand a resolution to this issue or I will share my experience with others and take my business elsewhere.
