Mango has not shipped my order for 10 days

To this day, December 28th, I still have not received the item I ordered. I checked the app and it says it's ready to go. I placed an order for a new product on January 1 and it is still being processed. There is no phone response from Mango's customer service department. That's incredibly careless of you. Why the customer service department is so hard to get in touch with is beyond me. After this bad experience, I will never buy anything from Mango again. The decision to buy mangoes online is one I deeply regret.
