The item that I purchased through the app has not been sent to me yet. Two weeks have passed, and the customer service department hasn't responded to any of my attempts to contact them. The app indicates that it was successfully sent. Customer service could have at least informed me that there would be a delay in delivery. Mango gives zero consideration to the needs of its clients. I will not buy mango again. The Mango store is not one that I recommend patronizing. because at this point, nobody gives a damn about you.
