Mango sent me someone else's order

My order from the Mango online store, which I placed on the 9th of December, arrived on the 10th of the same month. When I opened the package, however, I discovered that they had sent me the incorrect order. Instead of sending me the items that I had ordered, they had sent the items that someone else had ordered to me by accident. I got in touch with the customer service department and promptly returned the package. Despite this, my order has not been fulfilled and I have not been refunded even though it has been 10 days since I placed it. I would appreciate it if you could either immediately send my order or issue a refund. The quality of your service is extremely frustrating and aggravating.
