Mango Customer Support Ignoring Missing Password Emails

When I try to log into my Mango account, I receive a message saying, “We’ve sent a password update email so you can place an online order,” but no email ever arrives. Because of this, I cannot access my account or place any online orders.

I’ve tried this about five times so far, and even though it says the email was sent each time, nothing is reaching my Gmail address.

I request that the email delivery be checked, the necessary technical review be carried out so my login issue can be resolved, and that I be informed once the issue is fixed.
