Mango Order Not Shipped Despite Estimated Delivery Date Passing
On September 29, 2025, I placed an order on Mango’s online store with the order code ermnmq. My total purchase amount was $94, and I paid by credit card. The delivery address for my order was Çayeli, Rize.
However, despite the time that has passed, my order status still shows “being prepared.” The estimated delivery date was listed as October 7, yet the products have not even been shipped. I’ve received two delay emails so far, and when I contacted Mango customer service, they told me there was a warehouse issue causing the delay. Still, there has been no progress or concrete update regarding my order.
I request that my order be prepared and shipped immediately. I also ask that Mango expedite the process and resolve this issue promptly to compensate for the inconvenience.
