I Face Mango Login Problem And No Support From Customer Service
Since Friday, I have been unable to log into my account on the Mango Turkey mobile app. Even though I have reset my password correctly multiple times, the app keeps showing an error message saying that my password is incorrect, preventing me from logging in. So far, I’ve changed my password around 15 times, but the problem persists. I’ve only tried signing in through the Mango Turkey mobile app on my phone.
I also tried creating a new account with a different email address, but I received the same “incorrect password” error, and I still couldn’t log in.
During this process, I have been unable to reach Mango customer service and have received no support whatsoever. My account email is dd…[email protected].
I had to complete my purchase as a guest because of this issue. I urgently request that my account be restored and that this technical problem be resolved immediately.
