MAC Mineralize Blush Hardened and Became Unusable

I purchased a MAC Mineralize Blush approximately one year ago from your store at Meydan Mall in Ümraniye. Although I have always stored the product carefully with the lid closed, the blush hardened and became so compacted that no product transfers onto the brush.

After noticing the problem, I went to the store, where I was told that they could have helped me if the issue had occurred within one month of purchase, but that they could not provide any assistance because more time had passed. I cannot accept a makeup product such as blush becoming unusable after such a relatively short period, nor can I accept this approach from a brand whose quality I trusted.

I expect MAC to stand behind its product and provide an appropriate resolution for my hardened blush, such as a replacement or another solution that addresses the inconvenience I have experienced.
