I recently purchased a blush from Mac Cosmetics without checking the ingredients beforehand, as there was no information on the product itself. However, after buying, I received a boxed product that disclosed its contents. To my surprise, the blush contained harmful chemicals such as aluminum, alcohol, titanium, and more. Before the purchase, I was never informed about the absence of an exchange or return policy, and this information is not displayed in the store.
Desiring to return the unopened product the next day, I contacted both the store and customer service. Unfortunately, they adamantly refused any returns or exchanges and provided no assistance.
As a consumer, I have the right to return items, and they are obliged to accept returns. If the return process doesn't materialize, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursue legal action.
