MAC Devoted Membership Birthday Gift Never Added Despite Reaching Out Multiple Times

I’m a Devoted member of MAC Cosmetics, and I’m once again dealing with the same issue I had last year—my birthday gift hasn’t been added to my account. It’s incredibly frustrating that a brand as big as MAC still hasn’t fixed such a basic loyalty program problem.
I’ve sent emails asking for support, but I’m either completely ignored or brushed off. The system doesn't add the gift automatically, and no one takes the time to actually resolve the issue. The live chat feature doesn’t work, and when I call customer service, I’m told everything must be handled online only. On top of that, they say the birthday gift can’t be redeemed in physical stores, which makes it even more useless to me.
I feel like I’m being treated like a child—being passed around, delayed, and dismissed. For a global, premium brand like MAC, this is truly disappointing. I expect better from a company that claims to value its loyal customers.
