OmeTV Banned Me Three Times for Being Underage Despite Being an Adult

I use Ome TV on my laptop and my account has been banned three times in a row on the grounds that I am allegedly underage, even though I am not. The first two bans happened earlier this year and each lasted around two months, and today my third account was banned again for the same reason. I was not given any clear explanation or proper way to verify my age, and it feels unfair to be repeatedly restricted from using the platform without any proper review. I have not yet been able to reach support or use any effective appeal channel, so I am bringing this situation to your attention here. I request that my current account and previous bans be reviewed carefully, that my age be correctly verified, and that the unjust ban on my account be lifted. In addition, I expect a written apology for banning me three times in a row without a proper investigation.
