I Ordered MAC Cosmetics Online: My Gift Makeup Bag Didn’t Match the Image


I recently shopped online with MAC Cosmetics, and a gift makeup bag was added to my order as a bonus. I had seen the bag’s image online and expected the actual product to match that visual perfectly. Unfortunately, when my package arrived, the makeup bag looked nothing like the image I had been shown. I contacted MAC customer service immediately to report my dissatisfaction. Instead of offering a satisfactory solution, they said that if I wasn’t happy, I could return both the product and the gift. Then they claimed the gift was a limited stock promotion and implied I should simply be grateful. Their dismissive “be grateful, shut up, and sit down” attitude left me extremely frustrated. I even suggested they update the misleading visual on their website. I demand that MAC Cosmetics correct this issue promptly and improve their customer service, or I will make sure to warn everyone I know against shopping with them.
