Mac Cosmetics Denied My Request to Return Blush
I just bought a blush from Mac, and I was disappointed because the packaging and the product itself didn't have any info about what's inside. I bought it without double-checking, and now I wish I hadn't. After checking the product's ingredients on Mac's website, I found out that it has harmful chemicals like aluminum, alcohol, titanium, and other substances.
I wanted to return the product I bought the next day because it had harmful ingredients that weren't mentioned. So, I reached out to the store and customer service, but they firmly refused to let me return or exchange it. They didn't help at all. I have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period, and they have to accept the return. If they don't process my return, I'll take it up with the Consumer Arbitration Board and consider taking legal action.

Mac Cosmetics does not respond to complaints. Despite calling customer service and being told that they would get back to me, they do not respond in any way and do not resolve issues, causing people to suffer. They provide incomplete information before purchase. I want my grievance to be resolved, otherwise, I will file a lawsuit.
