Essence Lash Princess Mascara Caused Eyelash Loss

Since I started using Essence Lash Princess Volume Mascara, I have noticed significant eyelash loss. My lashes are falling out one by one, and I can see noticeable gaps where my long, full lashes used to be. This product has completely damaged my eyelashes, and I deeply regret purchasing it.

I chose this mascara because I have previously enjoyed using Essence products, but this experience has been beyond disappointing. I trusted this brand, but now I am left with weakened and thinning lashes. I will not be purchasing this product again, and I have lost confidence in the brand.

I expect an explanation and resolution for this issue. How is it possible that a mascara can cause such severe lash damage? I demand a response and a solution immediately.
