Lufian's Forcible Sale and Shrinkage Issues

I had a bad experience at Lufian's store when they forced me to buy shorts without taking my money, and they now refuse to deliver the product after 25 days. To make matters worse, despite following the washing instructions on the tags, the T-shirts I purchased shrunk significantly. I attempted to contact their customer service via email about these issues but received no response. Even after several visits to the store, they provided no solution. Furthermore, they did not even give me a proper receipt for the items I purchased. Trying to contact anyone from Lufian has been a nightmare.
