Lufian Sweatshirt Prints Faded After 2 Months - Warranty Denied

I bought a Lufian brand sweatshirt on January 12, 2024. However, after approximately two months of wearing it, I noticed that the prints on the sleeves began to fade. I sent the product for warranty inspection, but I haven't received any feedback. Upon reaching out to customer service, I was informed that the prints had faded as a result of an error during the washing process. I selected Lufian with full assurance of its exceptional quality. I could have purchased two sweatshirts from the market for the same amount of money. I was disappointed by Lufian's lack of support for the product they sold.
