Lufian Sent Me a 2021 T-shirt Priced at ₺199.99 Instead of the ₺494.99 One I Ordered

I ordered 6 T-shirts from the Lufian brand over the internet. I paid ₺494.99 for each T-shirt. I saw that one of the T-shirts sent to me was from 2021 and its price was ₺199.99. I asked for information both by phone and by e-mail about why they sent a T-shirt from 2021 that they lost in the warehouse for the order I placed in October 2024. However, I had problems reaching customer service, and their answers after reaching them are just as funny. They declared to me that it was a label error. Like a joke, their apologies are worse than their misdemeanors. I will never shop from this company again and I would like to appeal to people like me who trust this company. Do not shop by trusting the name of the company. I would like to emphasize that there is a poor quality service flow.
