I recently had a very bad experience with the Lufian branch in 212 Outlet Mall in Istanbul and I want to report both the behaviour of the staff and the way my request was handled. I went to the store to change the size of a t‑shirt just one day after purchase. I had the invoice with me and the product was completely unused and untouched. Despite this, the staff refused to change the size and their behaviour was, in my view, disgusting, racist and very impolite. Instead of trying to help or explain a clear and fair policy, they treated me with clear disrespect, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. With this complaint, I expect Lufian to review this incident seriously, to respect its customers, and to review its policies and how they are being applied in this branch. I request that you take the necessary action regarding the team members involved and ensure that such racist and disrespectful behaviour is not repeated towards any other customer.
