Lufian Denies Warranty for Faulty Shoes Within 1 Year
I bought a pair of shoes from Lufian's online store on July 6th, 2022, and the zipper broke within a year, making the shoes useless. When I bought the shoes, they told me they had a one-year warranty. But when I complained at the Lufian store in Gaziantep Forum on June 1, 2023, I didn't get any response or information. So, when I talked to customer service today, they said they denied the warranty because it was almost a year old. I requested to exchange a product on June 1, 2023, which was less than a year after I bought it. The warranty was still valid at that time. I could only deliver the product on this date because I didn't understand the situation and the stores in Sanlıurfa, where I live, were closed because of floods and earthquakes. Even though I said I could send it and explained the situation, they insisted that I had to take the product to a store about 200 km away. They just said that it could be checked, and I reluctantly agreed. Can you please review and approve my exchange request? Thank you.
