Love In Loft CineGo X1 Projector Marked Delivered but Not Received

I purchased a CineGo X1 portable projector from Love In Loft through their online site on 29 July for 188.00 AED, order number 3600. In the system, the order appears as delivered on 10 August, but I have not received any package or delivery. Although the status is marked as delivered, no courier has come to my address, I have not signed for any product, and no neighbour or reception has received anything on my behalf. I contacted Love In Loft customer service about this situation, but I did not receive any response or support. Since I paid for a product that never reached me and the system incorrectly shows it as delivered, I request an immediate full refund of 188.00 AED to my original payment method. I also request that this situation be investigated and that I be informed in writing about the result.
