SHEIN Customer Service Won’t Respond After Order Shown as Delivered
On November 7, 2025, I placed order number PALTR0003209838YQ on SHEIN for delivery to a Merkez/Şırnak address. Although the order appears in the system as delivered, I never received the package. Because the order is shown as delivered despite no delivery being made, I have been left at a disadvantage.
I attempted to reach customer service numerous times, but I couldn’t get in touch with anyone and received no support whatsoever. I paid $19 USD (converted from 840 TL) by credit card for my order. This is the first time I’ve had such an experience, and I did not purchase any protection plan.
My expectation from SHEIN is that the amount I paid be refunded to me. I kindly request an urgent resolution of this issue.
