Dhgate Order Marked as Delivered but Never Received

I placed an order on Dhgate weeks ago, but the product has not been delivered despite being marked as "delivered" on their platform. I have tried finding support on the site, but there are no options to report undelivered items. The issue is further complicated because translation on the site doesn’t work, leaving me without a way to resolve the problem effectively.
I trusted Dhgate, paid for the product upfront, and expected reliable service. This situation is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund for the undelivered item. Customers should not have to deal with such unreliable service and lack of proper support. Please address this issue urgently and ensure my payment is returned.
