My clothing order with tracking number PALTR0001984651YQ has been marked as a failed delivery, even though no one attempted to call me and no notification was provided. The order was supposed to be delivered to my address in Keçiören, Ankara, yet the system shows it as undelivered without any explanation. I paid ₺1,024 for this purchase, and I still expect my order to be delivered as promised. When I tried to contact customer service, I could not reach anyone, and no proper support was offered despite the order being covered under return and contract terms. The delivery window was September 10 to October 4, and this is my first shopping experience with this company, which makes the situation even more disappointing. It is unacceptable for my order to be arbitrarily marked as failed delivery with no justification. I demand that my order be delivered immediately and that my consumer rights be respected to resolve this issue.
