Xiaomi TV Order Not Delivered From Mi.com After Payment
I placed an order for a Xiaomi television on November 8 through mi.com, paying ₺27,999 by credit card. However, despite the time that has passed, my shipment has still not been delivered. I contacted mi.com customer service multiple times, but I was not given any clear information, nor was I provided with a tracking number. Since the payment has been taken and the product has still not been delivered after such a long delay, I am experiencing a clear inconvenience. I urgently request that my order be delivered or that my payment be refunded.
