I purchased a Logitech iPad keyboard from Gürgençler, and when it malfunctioned, we faced immense difficulty trying to return it under warranty. Despite multiple calls to customer service and visiting various stores, the product was finally taken by the technical service at Maltepe Piazza Mall after much struggle. However, we heard nothing about the product since September 18, 2023, and customer service remained unresponsive. On November 24, 2023, just a week before the warranty expiration, they informed us that we needed to send the product directly to Logitech, as the submission by Gürgençler was not accepted. Apparently, they had kept the product in the technical service for 2.5 months without informing us. I am dissatisfied with both Logitech and Gürgençler.
After persistent follow-ups, they finally provided us with the return and exchange form. However, they claimed the product was out of stock and would never be available again. Therefore, they could only refund the original purchase amount from 2021, which was 1500 TL, despite the current market value being significantly higher. It's now 2024, and expecting us to accept this absurdity is outright disrespectful. Selling a product under warranty, extending the warranty for an additional fee, and then failing to repair or replace it, only to claim it's out of stock, is an affront to the Turkish economy. I urgently demand the repair of my product or its replacement with the same or an equivalent model. We've been dealing with this since September 2023, and an immediate resolution is imperative.
