On October 6, 2025, I purchased a Logitech Combo Touch case for the iPad Pro 11-inch (M4) from Teknosa Forum Istanbul Mall. After just two weeks of active use, I started experiencing serious quality issues — including the case separating and several keys falling off. For such an expensive premium product, encountering problems of this nature feels completely unacceptable and more like the quality of a low-end product.
I have the invoice (No: DTS2025000003461), and the product is still under warranty. However, when I tried to contact Logitech Turkey’s customer service, I was informed that there is no direct support available in Turkey.
I therefore request a replacement or refund to resolve this issue.
I kindly ask that my problem be addressed as soon as possible.
