Logitech G402 Gaming Mouse Poor Quality Product
In November 2019, I bought a Logitech G402 gaming mouse from Hepsiburada. The product I bought failed within 2 years and was replaced with a new one from Hepsiburada. The new one arrived in January 2021. The newly sent device failed as of 10.07.2023. When I conveyed the issue to Hepsiburada, they said that the warranty period has expired. A device that was sent as new fails again before the end of 2 years and I cannot find a contact person. We realized that Logitech company produces such low-quality devices. Even though the warranty period has expired according to consumer law, I request that my victimization, which I have suffered due to the breakdown of the device, which was sent as new, within 2 years after the delivery date, be met within the framework of "customer satisfaction".
