While using the Trust Wallet app, on December 29, 2025, at around 6:28 p.m., I accidentally transferred my balance of approximately $1,867 USD to an incorrect address where a fee was deducted. I was actually trying to send this amount to my own BTC account, but due to an error beyond my intent, the funds were sent to a completely different address, resulting in a serious financial loss.
As soon as I realized the issue, I contacted Trust Wallet via email and explained the situation in detail, supporting my claim with screenshots and visuals. Despite this, I received only a standard response stating that the transaction had been recorded on the blockchain and could not be reversed, and that my balance could not be refunded.
I request that Trust Wallet conduct a detailed review of my account and this transaction carried out through the app, and—if possible—that the approximately $1,867 USD sent by mistake be returned to me. I also ask that my hardship be addressed and that stronger user-protection measures be implemented to help prevent similar mistakes in the future.
