Trust Wallet BTC-to-TRX Swap Took My BTC but Never Credited TRX
On December 25 at 12:43 p.m., I converted 0.00065955 BTC to TRX using the trade section of the Trust Wallet app. During the transaction, my BTC balance was deducted from my wallet, but the corresponding TRX balance was never credited to my wallet. The transaction hash is cae7d8cfc1950c77fc8fde32AB4331353504dd0b2b3ebc49BD9044e125a84337, and the BTC amount at that time was worth approximately $75 USD.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I tried steps such as closing and reopening the app and refreshing the network, but nothing changed—the TRX balance still does not appear. When I tried to get support through the app, only an automated ticket was created by a bot. I have not received any meaningful response from live support or an authorized representative.
I request that Trust Wallet thoroughly investigate this transaction and credit my wallet with the appropriate amount of TRX corresponding to the failed or incomplete transaction, so that the loss I experienced can be resolved.
