To stop, go to your Localize.mobi account and either turn off auto-renewal or ask for cancellation.
Keep in mind that if you forget to turn off auto-renewal, you might not get your money back. Their customer service email is [email protected].
Send a ticket through the Localize Help Center if you can't get into your account and ask for written proof of cancellation and refunds. Take pictures of your charges and texts and keep them.
If the charges keep coming up or don't seem right, ask your bank to block the merchant and report the transactions as repeated or not allowed.
