I Face Unauthorized Charges From Localize.mobi Despite Cancelling Subscription

I downloaded the Localize.mobi app and canceled my subscription immediately after realizing I did not want to use the service. Despite canceling the subscription on the same day and uninstalling the app, my account was charged twice without my consent. The first charge occurred in the initial month, and I contacted them by email, but I never received a response. Unfortunately, this month another unauthorized payment was taken from my account.

I verified that I have no active subscriptions on my Play Store account, yet Localize.mobi continues to withdraw money without permission. This situation has caused me financial loss and frustration, as I clearly canceled the service and removed the app right away.

I am requesting the immediate refund of all unauthorized charges and the permanent cancellation of any remaining subscriptions linked to my account. I do not accept these unauthorized withdrawals and demand that Localize.mobi stop charging my account without my approval. Please resolve this matter urgently and restore my funds.
