Localize.mobi — I Face Unauthorized Double Charge Within One Month
On 24 May 2024 at 12:00, Localize.mobi withdrew ₺1,489 from my bank account without my consent, and the exact same amount was taken again within the same month. I never authorized these payments, nor did I subscribe to any recurring service. Discovering two large, unexpected debits has caused me serious financial distress and shaken my trust in both Localize.mobi and my bank. I immediately contacted customer support, but no satisfactory explanation or solution was offered.
This situation negatively affects my household budget and creates unnecessary anxiety. I urgently request a full refund of the unauthorized ₺1,489 charges, written confirmation that my account details have been removed from Localize.mobi’s billing system, and assurance that no further withdrawals will occur.
