I Face Unauthorized Charge From Localize.mobi Despite Membership Cancellation

On 25.02.2025 at 09:11, Localize.mobi withdrew ₺1660 from my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I had already canceled my Localize.mobi CY membership before this charge occurred, so I was shocked to see that money was still taken from my account. Despite my cancellation, this unauthorized payment was processed without any prior notification.

This situation has caused me financial distress and a serious breach of trust in the service. I was expecting that canceling my membership would stop any future charges, but clearly, my cancellation was not respected. I am frustrated that my personal and financial information was misused in this way.

I urgently request a full refund of the unauthorized ₺1660 and demand that my account and payment information be permanently removed from Localize.mobi’s system. If my request is ignored, I will escalate this issue by filing formal complaints through CİMER and all other relevant digital consumer protection platforms. Please resolve this matter promptly and prevent it from happening to other users.
