I Report Unauthorized ₺997 Charge by Localize.mobi After Misleading Fee

I report that Localize.mobi withdrew ₺997 from my account without my consent. Initially, the service was shown to cost only ₺20 or ₺27, but shortly after, a much larger unauthorized charge of ₺997 was deducted from my card. I never agreed to such a high fee and did not approve any recurring payments or memberships at this price.

This unauthorized transaction has caused significant financial hardship and emotional distress. I contacted customer service to cancel the membership and demand an immediate refund, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I clearly state that I did not authorize this payment, and I find this practice deceptive and unlawful.

I urgently demand the full refund of the unauthorized ₺997 charge and the immediate cancellation of my membership. If this matter is not resolved by 10:00 AM tomorrow, I will take legal action and file complaints with the relevant consumer protection agencies.
