I report that Localize.mobi (Localize Mobile) withdrew ₺285 from my bank account without my consent or prior knowledge. I have never subscribed to or authorized any payments for this service. Discovering this unauthorized charge on my statement was shocking and deeply unsettling. Immediately after noticing the charge, I contacted the relevant parties to dispute the payment, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution.

This unexpected withdrawal has caused me unnecessary financial stress and wasted my time trying to resolve an issue I never created. I demand the immediate refund of the ₺285 that was unlawfully taken from my account and the removal of my account information from your billing system. If the company fails to rectify this matter promptly, I will file official complaints with consumer protection agencies and pursue legal action in court. I expect swift action to resolve this unauthorized charge and to protect consumers from similar future violations.
