I Face Unauthorized ₺596 Charge From Localize.mobi Nicosia CY
On 2 June 2024, Localize.mobi Nicosia CY withdrew ₺596 from my account without my knowledge or consent. I have never signed up for their services or authorized any payment to this company. I do not even know what this service is or how they gained access to my account information.
This unauthorized charge has caused me financial loss and serious concern over the security of my personal data. I expect such transactions to be conducted transparently and with user consent, which was clearly not the case here.
I urgently request the immediate cancellation of any unauthorized transactions and a full refund of the ₺596 charged to my account. If my request is not fulfilled, I will file a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and pursue legal action if necessary. Please resolve this matter quickly and ensure no further unauthorized withdrawals occur.
