I Face Unauthorized Charge on Localize Mobile and Cannot Cancel Subscription
I recently noticed an unauthorized charge of ₺830 withdrawn from my account by Localize Mobile without my consent. I never approved this payment and I have been unable to cancel the subscription through any available means. I contacted my bank immediately to block further transactions, but unfortunately, I could not reach any representative from Localize Mobile to resolve the issue directly.
This unauthorized transaction has caused me financial harm and unnecessary stress. I am frustrated by the lack of transparency and the inability to find anyone to take responsibility for this situation. I am also concerned about whether future charges will continue, as I cannot cancel the subscription myself.
I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my Localize Mobile subscription and a full refund of the ₺830 that was withdrawn without my permission.
