On 14 May 2024 at 20:19, a purchase transaction was made from my bank account without my knowledge or consent, associated with Localize.mobi. I have never initiated or approved this payment, nor have I subscribed to any services offered by this company. Discovering this unauthorized transaction has caused me both financial concern and emotional distress.
Upon noticing the charge, I attempted to contact customer service to dispute the unauthorized payment, but I have yet to receive any clear explanation or corrective action. It is unacceptable for any service provider to process payments without the account holder’s explicit authorization.
I kindly request an immediate investigation into this unauthorized transaction and a full refund of the amount charged. Additionally, I request written confirmation that my payment details have been removed from Localize.mobi’s system to prevent future unauthorized charges. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will submit formal complaints to consumer protection agencies and pursue legal action. Please resolve this issue swiftly and restore my financial security.
