Localize.mobi Scannero — I Face Unauthorized Charge on My Account
On 24 May 2024 I noticed that Localize.mobi’s “Scannero” service withdrew ₺997 from my bank account without my permission. I never signed up for Scannero, nor did I authorize any recurring payments. Shocked by this debit, I immediately checked my statements and saw that the same amount had already been taken once before this month. I contacted both Localize.mobi and my bank’s customer support, yet after several days I have received no explanation or refund, only silence.
These unexpected deductions have strained my monthly budget and caused significant stress. I feel my trust in both the company and my bank has been violated. I demand an immediate refund of the total unauthorized charge (₺997), written confirmation that my payment details have been deleted from your billing system, and assurance that no further withdrawals will occur. Should Localize.mobi fail to resolve this matter promptly, I will file a formal criminal complaint and pursue all legal remedies through consumer-protection authorities. I expect swift action to restore my financial security.
